HACM'S SUBSIDIZED AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS

Tenants typically pay 30% of their monthly income towards rent.

This includes HACM's Public Housing, Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers (Rent Assistance), and Project-Based Vouchers. HACM will close its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing waiting lists on August 1, 2024 at 4:00 PM CDT. Project-Based Voucher waiting lists will remain open. Click here for more information.

HACM'S OTHER AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS

These options include Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units and housing that is not subsidized, but is priced affordably.
