Resident Organizations
HACM developments have resident organizations that help to build community, share information, and address resident priorities. We strongly encourage all residents to be active in the affairs of their development by participating in resident organization activities.
Occupancy automatically makes residents members of the resident organization at their development. Each resident organization has elected leaders whose responsibilities include organizing meetings and activities and advocating for resident needs. Please contact your development manager for more information about the individuals who have been elected to lead your resident organization.
Resident organizations host monthly meetings for members during which the views and concerns of residents are discussed, and residents are informed of new HACM programs and policies. A Public Safety representative and other HACM staff attend all monthly resident organization meetings to answer questions. Some developments host two meetings to accommodate different work and family life schedules. Residents need attend only one meeting a month.
Get to know your neighbors and your neighborhood by attending your monthly resident organization meeting!
