Healthy Rewards Program Information:
Healthy Rewards is an incentive based program where participants complete 75, 100, or 125 points and earn $150, $250 or $350 in a Health Reimbursement Account. Employees and spouses must complete the Health Appraisal to be eligible to participate in the Healthy Rewards program.

Financial Wellness:
The City of Milwaukee Deferred Compensation Plan allows employees to put aside funds from each paycheck to save for retirement on a voluntary basis. Questions: 844-360-MDCP (844-360-6327) or DEFCOM@milwaukee.gov.

- Schedule an appointment online (Employees/Spouses receive 10 Healthy Rewards points for these meetings.)
