Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)

The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on your Direct Loans after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer.

Questions regarding eligibility should be directed to the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid Office. 

HACM Employee Notification 

If you are a current Housing Authority Employee and you have determined that you qualify, submit the Certification of Employment (page 2) in one of the following ways:

Staff from Human Resources will complete and sign the Certification of Employment section of the form (page two) and then return it to you.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the forms to fully process. Attach a note and let us know if you will pick it up (leave a phone number or email address) or if you want the form sent to your home mailing address. Human Resources will not mail the form to the Agency.
