Public Housing Nationwide Goes Smoke-Free
As the result of a new policy established by HUD, all public housing in the US is now smoke-free. The policy went into effect July 30 although HACM implemented it July 1. This rule will protect close to two million Americans nationwide from being exposed to secondhand smoke in their homes.

Restored Bells of Milwaukee Installed at HACM’s Convent Hill
Thanks to the efforts of The Bells of Milwaukee and donations from the Argosy Foundation, Herbert H. Kohl Charities, and an award from the Public Art Conversation Fund of the City of Milwaukee Arts Board, the bells on display at HACM’s Convent Hill property have been refurbished and reinstalled.
