Welcome home to the completely remodeled Lapham Park. From the ground up, Lapham Park has a new look with all of the modern conveniences that you want.  Lapham Park offers beautiful one- and two-bedroom apartments.  Included are a stove, full-size refrigerator, central heat, central air conditioning, carpeting and window blinds.  For the safety of our residents, all apartments are also equipped with emergency pull stations, so help is only minutes away.  Each floor conveniently includes a lobby area and laundry facilities with new front end loading washers and dryers and folding tables.  Enjoy all that the lower level, “Lower Walnut Street,” has to offer, including a cafeteria for a lunch program, beauty and barber shops, activity rooms, health services, billiard room and an exercise room. Originally built in 1964, Lapham Park was completely remodeled in 2013 and includes 201 apartments that are fully accessible and 6 apartments with special features for those with hearing and visual impairments.

Lapham Park is conveniently located near easy freeway access, downtown attractions, hospitals, public and technical schools, restaurants, parks, and it’s right on a bus line.
